Here it is -- grab your seat for this fabulous in-person class with Bernadett. ** What to expect when you suspect: the menopause transition. QUEENAGERS UNITE: Let’s gather and break the silence around menopause. Almost 20 million women are going through this transformation right now, yet hardly anyone talks about it. At least not in a meaningful and helpful way. We need to know what to expect when we expect menopause because knowledge is power. This phase isn’t just about getting hotter. Learn about all the different changes that are happening during this time so you can understand, prepare and find the best ways for you to cope. What better place to do that than a supportive circle of women holding space for each other? We are going to share tips, tools (some herbal of course), strategies and resources so you don’t feel dismissed and discouraged. We’ll sip a delightful herbal tea and share chocolatey treats because we deserve it. INSTRUCTOR: Bernadett Szabo lives in Pataskala, OH on a small herb, flower and vegetable farm. She was born in Hungary where she spent summers in her grandmother’s gardens. Once in Ohio, Bernadett joined OEFFA to deepen her knowledge of growing food and medicinal crops. She follows deep organic practices with some biodynamic principles on her homestead. Her business is Bernadett's Farmacy.
