Dental Herbal Support

Herbal mouthwash, homemade toothpaste? Absolutely! Herbs can offer solid support to one’s dental care between visits to the dentist and hygienist. During this workshop we’ll address the most common afflictions like anxiety before appointments, bleeding gums, preventative steps to support stellar oral health. We’ll talk about a few herbs that can become part of our daily routine. We’ll make a tooth paste to take home and recipes for mouth rinses to choose from. Recipients take home their customized tooth paste and a coupon to gather essential ingredients from two of our favorite stores: City Folks Farmshop and Clintonville’s Natural Store. $5 materials fee + $25 class fee = $30 INSTRUCTOR: Bernadett Szabo lives in Pataskala, OH on a small herb, flower, and vegetable farm. She was born in Hungary where she spent summers in her grandmother’s gardens. She follows deep organic practices with some biodynamic principles on her homestead.
