INSTRUCTOR: Denise has been raising and educating folks about poultry for over 30 years. She owned and operated 2silos, an organic poultry farm serving the Central Ohio foodshed. She served on the board of directors for the American Pastured Poultry Producers Association, and has lectured and taught courses on raising various poultry in Ohio and Virginia. She is a huge advocate of local foods, supports youth in farming, and makes Ukrainian Easter eggs in her spare time. Denise currently works as Livestock Lead at the Rural King in Ft. Wayne, IN.
