Creeping sedum groundcovers - what's not to LOVE about these succulent plants? Colorful, drought-tolerant, and spreads quickly without becoming a pest. Prefer full scorching sunshine but will take a bit of shade, too. Cold-hardy in typical zone 6 winters!
Plant anytime except late fall/winter and watch it cover the ground. If you're on a budget, your patience will be rewarded! Eventually knits together to suppress weed growth. Great for stone walls, live roofs, troughs, or a gently draping massed groundcover.
We sell two varieties:
'Angelina' type - Emerges from winter dormancy bright yellow-green with orange tints. Yellow flowers mid-summer, grows 4-6"H. Mat-forming.
Bronze/purple type - Most closely resemble 'Dragon Blood' sedum. Relentlessly cheerful plant has magenta blooms in mid-summer. Grows 3-4"H.
Well-rooted plants in 3-4" pots are $7 each.
SPECIAL: Buy 4 plants for $22 ($5.50 each)
We can also grow a flat of either/both plants for you - just ask!
