Stress is part of our lives. If it’s at a manageable level, it can be beneficial and push us to grow and change. If it runs un-checked, stress can turn us upside down and lead to dis-ease. There is no magical pill or simple solution to deal with stress. However, there are skills we can all learn and master that can help manage stress. During this workshop, we'll add a number of these tools to your repertoire including lifestyle changes, movement, breathing techniques, and our infinitely wise plant allies. Look forward to tasting some safe herbal preparations and learn how to relax your mind and body through guided meditation. Participants will have the option to purchase an herbal formula to take home. INSTRUCTORS: Bernadett Szabo lives in Pataskala, OH on a small herb, flower, and vegetable farm.
