Join us for this fun, fast-paced, and free ONLINE class on effective strategies to keep whitetail deer from destroying your suburban yard. We’ll discuss a variety of deer-repelling techniques including: • Preferred deer habitat -- and how NOT to create it • The annual deer life-cycle and how it impacts their habits • Deer-resistant plants • Repellents and scare tactics • Deer-proofing your yard The Columbus Garden School is located on 2 acres of prime deer habitat (and lots of new plants) on East Cooke Road. We've learned through hard experience what strategies work - and don’t work - against deer browsing and autumn mating behavior. Learn how to end your frustration and enjoy your landscape again! This class is FREE but you must register to get the Zoom link. INSTRUCTOR: Tisa Watts, a garden educator and public speaker with 20+ years of experience, has a degree in Horticulture and Landscape Design. She is the founder of the Columbus Garden School (CGS), which offers year-round workshops on gardening, homesteading, home maintenance, and crafting topics.
