The goal of this DIY workshop is to equip you with the skills and knowledge to be able to create your own arrangements at home. During the Victorian era, afternoon tea was a cherished ritual, often accompanied by heartfelt conversation and the exchange of flowers. This exchange became a discreet way to send coded messages of affection with small bouquets called tussie-mussies. We honor this tradition of intimate connection and meaningful exchange, making it a unique and fun way to celebrate Valentine's Day (or any special event). Enjoy delicious tea, engaging conversation, and create your own beautiful tussie-mussie teacup arrangement! All materials including flowers, teacups, saucers, oasis, and tools, are provided. Please note: Flowers are a natural product and may vary slightly from example photos. This workshop is suitable for all skill levels. Materials fee $20 + class fee $30 = $50 INSTRUCTOR: Sheena Hanscel is a certified holistic wellness and DIY floral coach who has discovered the healing power of floral design. Combining her love for nature with her background in therapy, she believes that floral design can be a transformative and therapeutic experience. Discover how floral design can inspire creativity, promote well-being, and bring joy into your life — one beautiful arrangement at a time.
