Learn by making! Come slice, dice, and create a personalized version of this traditional vinegar winter wellness tonic. Supplies are provided for each participant to take home one personalized jar of Fire Cider to infuse and use all winter long for that congestion, cough, and general under-the-weather feeling. Class limit: 10 students [NOTE: Please register ASAP to avoid disappointment. This class typically sells out early!] INSTRUCTOR: Bernadett Szabo lives in Pataskala, OH on a small herb, flower, and vegetable farm. She was born in Hungary where she spent summers in her grandmother’s gardens. Once in Ohio, Bernadett joined OEFFA to deepen her knowledge of growing food and medicinal crops. She follows deep organic practices with some biodynamic principles on her homestead. Bernadett has studied and practiced herbalism with Rosemary Gladstar and other herbalists such as Erika Galentin of Sovereignty Herbs, Katja Swift and Ryn Midura of Commonwealth Herbal, and Sajah Popham of The School of Evolutionary Herbalism. She’s currently enrolled in an herbal intensive with one of America’s most respected herbalists, Jim McDonald. Bernadett's business is Bernadett's Farmacy.
