Before we grew raspberries at the Columbus Garden School, I did not know I could have a "favorite" raspberry!
We currently grow six varieties of raspberries at CGS, and our primocane bushes provide BIG juicy berries from late July through the end of September. Our sale plants are divisions from our prolific bushes.
These primocane-fruiting raspberries produce fruit on year-one canes in late summer. Pruning could not be easier -- simply cut the canes to the ground in late winter each year. Each year, you get fruit in late summer! Canes grow to 4-5' tall.
